Marco Polo Warranty
Marco Polo watches are guaranteed for a period of one year from the
date of purchase. This guarantee, applies only to Marco Polo watches purchased
directly from Marco Polo or at an approved dealer and whose warranty card
has been filled in by the dealer. Not included in the manufacturer’s
guarantee:
• The battery, glass, non-metallic bracelet.
• Damage due to an accident, normal wear and tear,
negligence, poor treatment or attempts to repair by an
agent or his representatives, not approved by Marco Polo.
• Loss or theft.
• All damage subsequently directly or indirectly attributable to
any inappropriate usage, lack of precision, malfunction or lack of conformity
of the watch.
In case of defects covered by the guarantee, your watch will be repaired
or replaced free of charge at the sole discretion of Marco Polo Watch
Company. For defects covered by the guarantee, we recommend that you send
your Marco Polo watch and warranty card by registered mail, carefully
